Helm was started by a cleaning-company owner who was tired of losing customers to missed calls and drowning in scheduling, invoicing, and follow-ups. Existing tools organized the chaos but did nothing to actually grow the business — and the expensive ones still made you bolt on a phone service, a website, and a marketing tool separately.

So we built the tool we wished existed: one platform where an AI receptionist answers every call and books the job, the schedule fills and dispatches itself, invoices send and get paid automatically, and the system actively brings in the next customer through reviews, referrals, and a one-click website.

We're a small, focused company building for the people who do the real work — the owners on the ladder and under the sink who never have time to sit at a desk. Our job is to give them their time back and help them grow.
