Accessibility Statement
Last updated June 5, 2026
Helmbloom LLC (“Helm”) is committed to making helmbloom.com and the Helm product usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a practical standard for an accessible web experience.
1. What we do
- Semantic, structured HTML with proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images, and labels for form fields and interactive controls.
- Keyboard navigability — you can reach and operate interactive elements without a mouse.
- A responsive layout that adapts to zoom and to phones, tablets, and desktops.
- Attention to color contrast for text and important UI.
2. Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time fix. We test as we build, fix issues as we find them, and consider accessibility when we add new features. Some parts of the product are newer than others, so you may still encounter areas we have not finished improving. We genuinely want to hear about those.
3. Third-party content
Some pages rely on third-party services (for example, payment processing and embedded tools). We do not fully control the accessibility of third-party content, but we choose vendors with accessibility in mind and will help you find an alternative way to complete a task where we can.
4. Need help, or found a barrier?
If you have trouble accessing any part of helmbloom.com or the Helm product, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Email hello@helmbloom.com with the page or task and the problem you ran into, and we will work with you to provide the information or service you need and to fix the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
